Junior Camp

THE annual Junior Bowls Camp will be running in Lurgan Park last this month.

Craigavon Borough Council Parks Management, assisted by qualified coaches and helpers of Lurgan Bowling Club, is staging the camp at the Green in Lurgan Park from Tuesday, July 17, to Friday, July 20, from 10am to 12 noon each morning. Children from 6–11 can try their hand at this up and coming sport.

The camp will involve indoor and outdoor depending on the weather and there will be an opportunity to learn the rules of the game.

A mini-tournament will be included and certificates presented to all attendees.

The cost will be £10 per child for the week. Booking for the event is essential.
