Ten holes deficit no problem for the Sam Rutherford team

The Banbridge Sam Rutherford Cup team, captained by Shane McCrory, were 10 holes down going into the home leg of their second round match against Omagh.

It doesn’t sound good but, in the greensomes format, a few holes can easily be retrieved.

Gareth Matthews and Neil Clydesdale were in sublime form and won by 4 holes up.
