The comprehensive race guide was launched during the final media conference for the event at Stormont last week.

Produced by the publishers of Irish Racer Magazine, the programme can be purchased online at www.northwest200.org or from one of hundreds of volunteers located around the Triangle area in the run-up to race day.

Priced at 15 (18 Euros) this year, the glossy 100-page guide is packed with all the up to date race information you’llneed for the big race, with reader interviews and features plus retro articles on Brian Reid, Woolsey Coulter and Ralph Bryans and a detailed lap of the circuit with current record holder Steve Plater.

NW200 Race Director Mervyn Whyte stressed the importance of programme sales as an essential source of income for the organising Coleraine and District Motor Club and thanked Paul Lindsay of Careva and his staff for their efforts.

“I’d like to thank Paul and the team for all their hard work and dedication,” Whyte said.

“Each year the programme just gets bigger and better and I absolutely believe this is the best to date with a fabulous line-up of contributors and rider features to ensure fans get a great read and excellent value for money.”

The souvenir programme is also available to buy from Tesco stores and petrol stations in the Triangle area.
