Jason secures youth coaching qualification

CARNINY Youth FC are celebrating another qualification for their already highly football educated coaching staff.

Jason Hunter of Carniny U10s achieved the ‘IFA Youth Certificate’, a relatively new qualification, making him one of the first people from the Ballymena borough to attain the status.

This has been added to his recently achieved UEFA ‘C’ certificate.

Jason hopes to carry on his football education further with the help of the Carniny Club in the near future.

He now takes an U11 side into a strong Lisburn league and hopes to bring what he has learned onto the training pitch to bring further trophies to his already very successful side.

Jason is always on the lookout for young talent to add to his team. He has already secured the signings of players from Ballymoney, Antrim and as far as Portrush.

Meanwhile, Carniny Youth continues to invest in the development of its coaching staff, with its objective to have each club side under the guidance of a coach with at least a UEFA B licence.
