Ballybogey won 3-0 on a very wet windy Saturday morning against Riada Reserves at the Joey Dunlop Centre.
Both teams with players missing for various reasons found the conditions tough and hard to get any sort of decent football played.
It was Ballybogey who got on top with a fine goal from striker Jamie Connor on 20 minutes and he soon followed up with a second to take Bogey into a worthy half time lead.
In the second half both teams had chances but it was Jamie who scored again to bag himself a fine hat trick and secure the points for Bogey.
In all a good win for Bogey moving them up the league to third and with the addition of a couple of new players and more to come manger Stephen McCloskey can feel quite happy with the season so far.
