Down camogie news
The Down U16 Camogs are due to get their competitive season off to a start when they meet Antrim next Sunday, February 20, in the Ulster Championship Cup.
The Down girls have been putting in a lot of effort at training over the past few weeks and their mentors now have the unenviable task of choosing just 25 from the following panel to strip out against Antrim. The 25 will be announced at training on Thursday evening. Locals in the panel are: Aimee McAleenan, Anne-Marie McKay, Annette McCormick, Caitlin McCartan, Cara McMullan, Claren Owens, Lauren Cassidy from Liatroim Fontenoys.
