Clean up plea at Mourneview
GLENAVON supporters, young and old, male and female, are being requested to come along to Mourneview Park to play their part in the annual ground clean-up operation.
This is the time of the year when cleaning and repainting are required, weeds need to be removed as well as many other tasks to ensure the venue is looking at its best for the Millwall game on July 21 and new Premiership season commencing on August 11.
The work will be ongoing from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday, June 16, and Saturday, June 23.
Supporters are asked to bring along their own tools such as paintbrushes, clippers, spades, yard brushes and anything likely to be of use.
