No special clothes are needed although a tracksuit or loose fitting type trousers and a t/shirt will suffice.

Karate training is excellent for discipline, self–defence ability, to keep fit, meeting new friends and more. Black Belt male and female coaches will be in attendance to pass on their experience in all classes.

Over the years club members have won Northern Ireland, Irish and British Titles and club members have represented NI at International competitions.

The first class is a free try so why not come along and have a go?
