Lambeg’s Ulster Cup team have given themselves an uphill struggle in the return match at Cairndu next week.

Cairndu went into a 4-0 lead but a tremendous fight back with wins from Victor McComb (seven and five, Ian Jefferson (six and five) and Ernie McAleenan (three and two) kept Lambeg in the game and gave them an outside chance of progressing to the next round.
