Eglinton firm wound up

An official receiver is to be appointed to Eglinton construction firm BM Groundworks Ltd. after the High Court ordered that it be wound up.

On December 2013, the firm with a registered office at 70 Ervey Road, Eglinton, BT47 3EU, was ordered to be wound up.

West Belfast building supplier JP Corry sought a winding-up order claiming to be a creditor of the Londonderry firm.
