Celebrate BBC Music Day in Lurgan

Applications for tickets are now open to take part in a number of special BBC Music Day events on Friday 5 June - one of which is happening right here in Lurgan.

Part of the BBC Music Initiative, BBC Music Day is a nationwide celebration which aims to bring together both generations and communities through their love of music.

In Northern Ireland, it is set to be a day of great music content across TV, Radio and online - featuring live music events and performances from well-known musicans and local communities across the UK.

To enjoy BBC Music Day locally, you can apply for tickets to join BBC Radio Ulster/Foyle’s Sean Coyle at his ‘The Big Night (In The Morning)’ event live from Lurgan Town Hall from 10:30am. On the day, Sean will be joined by programme regulars Janet, The Undertone, and an audience of his loyal listeners, as he plays the records of his youth; the audience may even get their lucky break with the odd song from the floor!
