Wall damaged and telegraph pole knocked down in hit-and-run

A front wall was damaged and a telegraph pole knocked down in a hit-and-run in County Tyrone.

Police are appealing for information about the incident which happened at Tulnacross Road, Cookstown, on Saturday night.

Police said in a social media post that they would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision.

They are also keen to speak to the driver of a John Deere tractor who may have been in the area at the time.
