The court heard that at about 2.30pm at Portadown railway station it was reported to police that two heavily intoxicated men were being abusive with staff.
Police told them to leave the train and one man did but the defendant became aggressive and began shouting.
He held on to the hand rail and refused to move. There were about 15 other passengers on the train, including children.
Tracey had to be forced off the train.

The defendant said: “I’ll hi-jack the train you stupid b—ds.”
He then began to fight violently with police, hitting an officer on the chin, and had to be restrained.
Tracey also said: “I’ll rape that female officer and then cut her up” and “I’ll take all you b—ds.”

Hide AdA barrister representing the defendant said an aggravating feature was that this happened in the presence of children and these were ‘absolutely vile’ threats. He added that Tracey had pleaded guilty at the earliest opportunity.
District Judge, Mrs Bernie Kelly, said this was a ‘nasty, nasty offence’ where Tracey, unlike his mate, could not get off the train.
She added that she had lost count of number of the people in the community he had insulted, including HIV sufferers.
