Surf boards stolen

Police are investigating the suspected theft of two surf boards on two separate occasions in the Millstone Grove area of Portstewart.

The first incident involved a 6ft 6 ‘escape’ board, bright red in colour with a white fin valued between £200 and £500.

It was stolen sometime between 1am and 9am on Thursday 10 April 2014.

The second board was a 5ft 8 Hayden Shape, ‘Psychedelic Germ’ short board, coloured white with black edges valued around £650.

It was stolen sometime between 10pm on Tuesday 29 April and 10am on Wednesday 30 April 2014.
