Returned for trial on charges
A 22-year-old man has been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court on a number of charges including making a threat to kill and assaulting police.
Gary Damien Scullion, Moyraverty Court, Craigavon, appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry at the local courthouse.
The charges against him allege that on July 26 last year he had an imitation firearm with him in a public place, he made a threat to kill a man, he committed three assaults on police, resisted a constable, damaged a seat and door of a PSNI vehicle and attempted to damage a window of a police vehicle.
Scullion was remanded on bail to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on June 18.
