The 1st Rasharkin Company of the Boys` Brigade held their Family and Friends evening recently in the Church Hall.

Following the fall in of the Company, opening devotions were carried out by the Church Minister, the Rev Jeffrey Blue.

The Boys then presented a varied, entertaining and challenging programme.

The Anchor Boys told Bible Stories, and also did songs and games.

The Junior and Company Sections entertained the audience with games, an assault course and the greasy pole.

They also presented a marching item called the Lad`s Army, where the need to be in the right Army, that being the Lord`s Army was highlighted.

The Finale was based on a car driving scenario, which reminded all of how we can be careless in life about spiritual matters and the need to own up to our sins and ask our Loving Heavenly Father for His forgiveness.
