£10,000 pledged to kids’ charity

To launch the charity partnership, Funky Monkeys centres across Northern Ireland held extra children’s activities last weekend.

Claire Toner, marketing manager for the Funky Monkeys soft play café chain, said: “I would like to thank all our customers who attended our centre in Lurgan last Saturday and helped us to raise a total of almost £1000 for Cash for Kids. This is a great start to our fundraising and we look forward to many more events at each of our centres throughout next year.”

Stephanie Laverty, Cash for Kids Charity co-ordinator, said: “We are very pleased to have Funky Monkeys on-board as one of our corporate partners. The money that we raise locally will go back into helping disadvantaged children and young people.”
