News homes proposed for Loughgall Road

Plans have been submitted to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s planning department to bring 13 new homes to the Loughgall Road in Portadown.

The application was submitted by Henry Marshall Brown Architectural Partnership on behalf of applicant GAD Developments Ltd.

The proposed area for the new houses is a 1.95 hectare site described as vacant development land in the application documents.

The application, will, if approved, see a detached house and 12 semi-detached houses, associated site works and estate roadway built at lands to the rear of Ashton Hall on the Loughgall Road.

The planning application was submitted and validated on Thursday, September 17. It will be advertised until Friday, November 13.
