Police trying to trace man who helped distressed female on Loughshore road
Police in Dungannon are keen to trace a motorist who helped a 'distressed female' on Ballybeg Road on Tuesday morning, [January 26].
It is understood the man, who may have been driving a black Volkswagen Passat, stopped to help the woman sometime between 7am and 8am.
Police said the motorist was travelling in the direction of Toomebridge when he stopped and kindly helped the female make her way home.
Constable Lappin said: “We would like the driver to make contact with us to help with our enquiries by phoning us on 101, quoting ref: 946 260116.”
