Police notes from Moyle

Police received a report of a burglary at a vacant property in the Mosside Gardens area of Mosside on Monday 27 October.

A few items of furniture were also damaged during the incident.

Window smashed

Police received a report of criminal damage after the back driver’s side window of a Volkswagen Golf was smashed on Wednesday 29 October. The damage was caused sometime between 8pm and 10:15pm as the car was parked on the Leyland Road, Ballycastle.

Roof slates theft

Police are investigating the theft of roofing slates from outside a building under renovation on Novally Road, Ballycastle. The theft is thought to have happened overnight from Thursday 30th to Friday 31st October.

Car damaged

Police received a report that damage had been caused to a Citroen car on Sunday 02 November. The car was parked at the back of a house in the Ballyness Park area of Bushmills. The damage was caused to the paint work of the car and looks to have been caused by a key.

Windows smashed

Police are investigating a report of four windows having been smashed in a vacant house on Fairhill Street, Armoy. The damage is believed to have been caused in the early hours of Monday 03 November.
