NW200 Truck Run to raise funds for Community Rescue Service

The official charity of the NW200 in 2024, the Community Rescue Service, will help kick off the NW200 Race Week in style this year with a charity Truck Run starting at the University of Ulster in Coleraine on May 4.

The organisers said: “We've been working hard to bring you an action-packed afternoon that celebrates your love for trucks while raising money for The Community Rescue Service. This event is all about big rigs, loud engines, and a fun time for everyone. Whether you're a truck enthusiast or just looking for some excitement, this is the place to be!”

Gates open to the public at 11.30am, say the organisers: “Don't forget to bring your camera to capture some amazing shots of your favorite rigs. And while you're here, treat yourself to some delicious food from our fantastic catering vendors.

"It's the perfect opportunity to mingle with like-minded truck lovers and chat about everything related to trucking. Just a heads up, the gates will close to the public at 2.30pm as we get ready for the exciting run out.”

At 3pm, the display vehicles will embark on a thrilling lap around the legendary NW200 circuit.
