Ian Paisley is trying to outdo his own 2010 General Election campaign by erecting an even bigger election poster than before!
The 40 x 10 feet image is situated on the Algrams furniture billboard on Railway Street in Ballymena and was put up by the North Antrim MP’s campaign team this week.
Mr Paisley commented: “There has to be an element of fun when it comes to election campaigns, otherwise they could become very dull and repetitive operations!
“The competition for the best spots for posters, the timing of party political broadcasts and trying to find unique ways to capture the public imagination are all part of the process.
“It entails a lot of planning and man power and it all plays its part in a successful campaign.”
