Six new homes in Gresyteel and ten in Dungiven: Minister

GRESYTEEL is to get six new houses and Dungiven is to get another ten in the next three years, according to Social Development Minister Nelson McCausland.

He had been asked by local MLA Gregory Campbell: “How many new build social housing apartments, houses or flats will be provided in the Coleraine; and Limavady council areas, in the course of the next three years.”

Nelson McCausland replied: “The new three year Social Housing Development Programme for the period 2013/14 to 2015/16 includes a total of 36 new homes for the Coleraine Council Area and 16 new homes for the Limavady Council Area.”

Hass Road in Dungiven is to get ten units in 2014/15, while Tullyverry Drive in Greysteel is to get six units in 2015/16.
