New Fold Housing scheme planned
PLANNING permission has been granted to the Fold Housing Association for a new development in Poleglass.
The Association has been given the go ahead for the erection of 34 social housing units on land to the south east of Brian’s Well Road and Colinmill roundabout.
The development will be made up of sixteen two-bed dwellings, twelve three-bed dwellings and six three-bed apartments.
The application also includes permission for associated roads, landscaping and open space, as well as site works.
