Neighbourhood police officers in Ballymoney visited all local Primary Schools to help keep young people safe on our roads and promote the road safety message last December.
Pupils were asked to design a road safety poster, with the prize going to the most imaginative. The competition received a terrific response and when officers called back to judge the entries they were highly impressed with the standard of entries and the effort which had been put in. Picking a winning entry from each school was a real challenge! Winners were presented with a Bicycle Lighting Kit and a fluorescent schoolbag cover.
