Man to face trial over ABH charge
A 25-year-old man is to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court accused of assault.
Gary Eamon Coll, of Inishowen Gardens, faces one charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The charges relate to an alleged incident on July 21, last year.
Coll was released on bail and will appear at the crown court on June 3.
