Man defecated in the street

Gary Joseph John Haughian, whose address was given as North Street, Lurgan, admitted indecent behaviour and assault on a female on 
September 24 this 
year.

The court sitting heard that police were tasked to Woodford Park in Lurgan at 5.10pm where the injured party said she had been grabbed 
from behind by the 
defendant.

He pushed her forward and as she tried to escape her nose caught on the zip of his clothing.

Haughian was identified by two other people in the area and while walking away he pulled down his trousers 
and defecated in the 
street.

When he was interviewed by police he said he could 
not remember anything because of his level of intoxication.

District Judge. Mr Mervyn Bates, adjourned the case until December 18 so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.
