Mallusk burglary: Police appeal for information
Police are investigating a break-in at a house in Tudor Park, Mallusk on Sunday morning (May 29).
A police spokesman said: “At approximately 10.30am, a woman resident in the house was upstairs when she heard someone break in to the kitchen area. The woman, who is aged in her 20s, screamed and the burglar or burglars made off on foot. Nothing was taken in the incident.
“Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact Newtownabbey Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 568 of 29/05/16. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
