District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, said it was very concerning that Mulvenna lunged at an officer with a piece of glass.
He adjourned sentencing until March 18 so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.
The judge remanded her on her own bail of £200 with the condition she should not be in a public place with alcohol consumed.
