Local groups clinch Big Lottery funding
The Larne/ Carrickfergus and Newtownabbey Branch of Early Years has received £9,980 from the Big Lottery Fund NI's Awards for All programme.
The funds will help the organisation to run training for members, focusing on promoting positive attitudes and respect for differences across communities.
Ballyboley Pipe Band has also received £9,839 from the scheme to make improvements to the local community hall and promote wider use by the community.
