Gaston pledge on UDR memorial
The Deputy Mayor of Mid & East Antrim has accused the former Ballymena Council of ‘messing about’ with a plan to erect a tribute to the UDR in the Memorial Park.
Cllr. Timothy Gaston (TUV) said: “The UDR Association was messed about by Ballymena Council who put off making a decision.
“I will use my place on the new council’s Equality Working Group to ensure this application finds a favourable outcome.”
