An individually tailored personal development scheme for disengaged and marginalised young people aged between 13 and 25, the Fairbridge Programme combines group activities, opportunities, experiences and one-to-one support.

It aims to help young people gain the personal, social and life skills needed to stabilise their life circumstances and eventually move into education, employment, training or volunteering.

Patrick Davidson, head of Programmes – Education, Training and Development - with The Prince’s Trust, thanked the drug advisory group for its donation,

Mr Davidson commented: “The Fairbridge team are delighted to receive this support from another organisation focused on helping disadvantaged young people turn their lives around.

“Not only does this donation provide vital equipment for our outdoor team-building activities but the IT resources like the interactive whiteboard and MacBooks will be instrumental in helping us to develop and improve our STEM based sessions, like Coding, Game design and delivery of ICT based OCNs.”
