“Whatever your age or ability, everyone will now have the opportunity to choose a healthier, cleaner and greener form of transport. Whether it’s for short work commutes, a trip to the local shops or just as a way to keep active, this legislation will have a real, measurable and immediate impact on communities across the North.”
