Plans for Limavady well-being centre to include fitness room and outdoor adventure centre

Plans have been submitted to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council for a new well-being centre in Limavady.

This would include a tea room, meeting room, arts and crafts room, fitness room and outdoor adventure centre. The cafe would be open from 8am to 10pm from Monday to Sunday. The proposed location is 260 Seacost Road, on the site of the former Bellarena Primary School.

Council has responsibility for receiving and making decisions on the majority of planning applications including consents categorised as local or major applications.
