New speed limit to be introduced in Culcrow area
ROADS Service and the PSNI have granted a reduced 50 mph limit within the Culcrow stretch of the Curragh Road, Aghadowey following a local campaign.
The new speed limit should be implemented in September.
Last week Danny Kennedy, Minister for Department of Regional Development, visited Culcrow Primary School to discuss the traffic problems highlighted by Culcrow Residents’ Association and the call for recommendations for a reduction in the current speed limit.
