Is there a demand for housing in and around Armoy?
That is the key question being asked by the Housing Executive and the answer to that question will be known after a survey closes on Friday 20th March.
So if you would like to live in Armoy then this is the chance to consider this opportunity.
Armoy Community Association (ACA) have been engaging with various agencies about housing in Armoy, as secretary Gerry Burns explained: “People who have been reared here, have family connections here, have little chance of setting up home in Armoy.
“Simply, there have been no social houses built for decades. In fact most of the Housing Executive houses in Armoy, at Clintyfinnan and up The Glen are still referred to as Council houses, quite accurately as they were built by the Council way back then.”
