Attempted hijacking
DETECTIVES in Londonderry are appealing for information after a report of an attempted hijacking in the Rossville Street area on the morning of Saturday, May 28.
Shortly after 2am, it was reported that an unknown male walked in front of a vehicle, a number of other unknown males appeared and one climed onto the vehicle and attempted to open the drivers door and smash the window. The driver managed to drive off and was uninjured.
