POLICE in Ballymoney have seized a Renault Clio being driven along the Garryduff Road last Thursday after the vehicle was discovered to have no insurance cover.
According to Inspector David Anderson said the car would not be returned to the owner until a fee had been paid.
He said the seizure was a reminder to everyone to make sure their vehicle was insured.
“Seldom does a week go past without someone having their car seized in the Ballymoney area for an insurance offence. We do this for the safety of other road users,” the Inspector added.
