BUSHMILLS looks set for a new coffee shop.
A planning application has been lodged for the new business at the former site of the Northern Bank.
The bank closed its branch at 62 Main Street back in 2008.
The 140-year-old building is not listed and was put on the open market when the bank pulled out of Bushmills.
There were rumours the Ulster Bank would step into the void left by the Northern, but they were dismissed by bosses.
The owners of the proposed new coffee shop are not yet known.
