Bound over to keep peace
A man who was abusive to police was bound over to keep the peace for 18 months when he appeared last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Gerard Cotter (31), Church Walk, Lurgan, admitted disorderly behaviour at Church Place in Lurgan on March 19 this year.
The court heard he approached an officer and said ‘your standing there doing f—k all’ and called an officer a b***bag.
Defence said Cotter had taken a lot of alcohol and behaved inappropriately.
