Ballymoney tribute following death of creator of Corfield camera
Ballymoney Museum has paid tribute to the man who created the Corfield camera and started the only commercial camera factory in Ireland - in Ballymoney.
A few years ago, Ballymoney Museum hosted the launch of the book “Corfield Cameras: A History & Collector’s Guide” by John E. Lewis and it was wonderful to hear former staff talk with such fondness of the time they spent working at the factory and their old boss, Sir Kenneth.
“He will be greatly missed and Ballymoney Museum sends our condolences to his family.”
