Australian theme night for Portrush
There was an Australian theme to the Portrush WI Members’ Night, organised by Pat Coote and non-committee members.
Pat generously provided food associated with an ‘Australian Barbeque’. After the meal she shared her several family visits to Australia and displayed many prized mementoes. The ‘Australian Souvenir’ competition was won by Anne McGonigle with Ena McWilliams coming second and Margaret Torrens third.
Margaret Torrens thanked everyone who contributed to the delicious meal and Pat for organising such an enjoyable evening.
