Association complete 6000th home

A leading social housing provider in the East Antrim area has celebrated the completion of their 6000th home.

Fold Housing Association provides housing, care and support in over 55 towns across Northern Ireland including Carrickfergus, Newtownabbey and Glengormley.

Fold’s Chair Diana Fitzsimons, said, “We are thrilled to reach this milestone of our 6000th home. The strong asset base that our 6,000 properties provides, reinforces our position as one the major social landlords in Northern Ireland and enables us to leverage in private finance and to raise revenue which we can re-invest in the housing, care and support services we provide to over 30,000 homes.”
