Arson attack in Coleraine ‘attempted murder’

Police are appealing for information following an arson attack on a Coleraine home, which police are treating as attempted murder.

Smoke damage was caused to the front door of the property at Rinvarna Court on Sunday night.

Police, the Fire Service and ambulance crews attended the scene.

The family, believed to be two adults and two children, were taken to hospital as a precaution.

Two of them were treated for smoke inhalation.
