BIG-HEARTED posties in Ballymoney are hoping for a first-class response to their annual charity fund-raiser.
Top of the agenda is the van pull and street collection which will take place on Friday, September 7 and the following day. Traditionally, the public respond well to the postie volunteers whose efforts in previous years have raised thousands for Cancer Research N.I.
There will be a number of collection boxes placed around the town in shops and post offices into which customers are encouraged to donate their spare coins.
