The Market at the Mill has been organised in association with Ballylagan Farm and will feature Ballyclare man and television personality Dick Strawbridge.

The Celebrity Masterchef finalist will be showing off his culinary talents during a cookery demonstration in the entrance of the theatre to show people how to make the best use of the wide variety of locally sourced produce.
