Make your own jewellery gifts at Flowerfield
FLOWERFIELD Arts Centre offers students the chance to make their own silver jewellery gifts for Christmas in a special one day workshop with talented tutor Diane Lyness on Saturday, December 1 from 10am to 4pm.
The fee for the workshop at the Portstewart-based arts centre is only £45, and students will get the chance to make their own pendant or a pair of earrings, either as a treat for themselves or a gift for a loved one.
Each participant will be taught some traditional jewellery making techniques such as piercing, soldering, rolling, annealing and filing, enabling them to design and make a beautiful piece of jewellery to take home.
