Honour: Customer Excellence Award goes to Townparks
Once a year, the British manufacturer recognises positive customer reviews and rewards top performing retailers for their exemplary levels of customer service. Customers are invited to take part in surveys both after they buy a new Vauxhall and after they get their vehicle serviced for the first or second time.
To celebrate this special accolade, General Manager, Carolyn Elliot and her team were presented with their Customer Excellence Award at the dealership in Antrim by Vauxhall National Operations Manager, Leon Caruso.

The retailer in Antrim was one of the 45 Vauxhall retailers in the UK to have the highest and most impressive combined scores from Vauxhall’s Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction surveys, calculated at the end of 2013.
