Congratulations to Loughry food student Catherine McWhirter who recently received a Bursary Award from Tyrone Farming Society.

Charlotte is pictured receiving her award from Jennifer Hawkes, Chairperson andEdwin Cartwright Secretary.

Catherine is from Ahogill and is currently in first year studying BSc (Hons) Food Design and Nutrition.

She previously attended Cambridge House Grammar School and chose to study at Loughry, because she was very impressed with the courses offered and the link with the local food industry.
