The Regional Showcase in Belfast was one of four taking place across the island of Ireland as part of ‘Our Thursdays’.

‘Our Thursdays’ is this year’s addition to the Guinness Arthur’s Day celebrations, honouring the remarkable legacy of Arthur Guinness. It gives emerging Irish acts the incredible opportunity to be part of the Arthur’s Day artist line up on 23rd September alongside amazing international artists including Snow Patrol.

Pictured supporting Picture the Sound are Andrew Taylor, Jamie McDaid, Jason McClain, Stephanie Brent and Ashleigh and Zoe Dobbin, all from Ballymoney.

Although they were not selected as winners of the six acts, the group found it an incredible experience and are pleased to have got so far, performing as they did, their original material.

Picture the Sound will be the official Guinness Arthur’s Day act in The Wild Duck, Portglenone on 23rd September. Our Thursdays events and Arthur’s Day celebrations are strictly over 18’s events. For more information, visit Guinness.com/arthursday.
